Membership & Subscription Terms

These Membership & Subscription Terms govern participation in Quantum Intelligence Institute (“QII”) membership programs and subscription services.
1. Membership Benefits
Depending on membership tier, benefits may include:

Special member pricing
-
Early access to reports and initiatives
Benefits may vary by membership category.
2. Eligibility
Membership is available to:

Individuals
-
Academic institutions

Corporations
-
Government entities
-
Non-profit organizations
QII reserves the right to approve or reject applications.
3. Membership Fees
Applicable fees are displayed at the time of registration.
All fees are payable in the specified currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.
4. Renewals
Memberships and subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.
5. Cancellation
Members may cancel future renewals at any time.
No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods except where required by law.
6. Suspension or Termination
QII may suspend or terminate membership where a member:

Violates QII policies

Engages in unlawful conduct

Harasses participants or staff

Misuses QII resources

Damages QII reputation or operations

7. Intellectual Property
Membership does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property belonging to QII.
8. Modification of Benefits
QII may modify membership benefits, pricing, or program structures from time to time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
