Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made to Quantum Intelligence Institute (“QII”) for programs, events, memberships, subscriptions, educational services, consulting engagements, and other offerings.

1. General Principle
QII invests substantial resources in planning, content development, instructor allocation, venue arrangements, technology infrastructure, and administrative support. Accordingly, refund requests are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Events, Conferences and Workshops
Cancellation by Participant

More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund less applicable administrative fees.

More than 20-30 days before the event: 50% refund
-
More than 15–20 days before the event: 25% refund.

Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
Participants may request substitution by another attendee, subject to approval by QII. Where an event, conference, workshops or any other activity is conducted by QII free of charge, participants may not make any claims against QII for any expenses.

Cancellation by QII
If QII cancels an event, participants may choose:

A full refund; or
-
Transfer of registration to a future event.
QII shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants.

3. Training Programs and Courses
Before Course Commencement
Participants may withdraw and receive:

Full refund up to 30 days before commencement.

50% refund within 20–30re days before commencement.

25% refund within 15-20 days before commencement.

No refund within 7 days before commencement.

After Course Commencement
Once course materials, online access, recordings, or instruction have been provided, fees are non-refundable.

4. Memberships and Subscriptions
Membership and subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Members may cancel renewal at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current paid term.

5. Consulting and Advisory Services
Fees paid for consulting, advisory, or customized services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Exceptional Circumstances
QII may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional circumstances, including documented medical emergencies or legal restrictions preventing participation.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 15–30 business days using the original payment method where possible.
