Quantum Intelligence Institute (“QII”) may provide AI-assisted tools, research outputs, educational materials, reports, analyses, or recommendations.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

Artificial Intelligence systems may generate outputs that contain:

• Errors

• Omissions

• Inaccuracies

• Outdated information

• Biases

• Incomplete reasoning

Users should independently verify information before relying upon it.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are not legal, financial, medical, investment, regulatory, engineering, cybersecurity, or professional advice.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated content.

Human Responsibility

Where AI systems support decision-making, final responsibility remains with the human user.

QII shall not be liable for losses resulting from reliance upon AI-generated outputs.

PART B – AI Acceptable Use Policy

Users of QII AI services, platforms, datasets, tools, models, and research resources agree not to:

Illegal Activities

• Violate laws or regulations

• Facilitate criminal activity

• Engage in fraud or deception

Harmful Content

• Generate hate speech

• Promote violence

• Facilitate harassment

• Create discriminatory content

Misinformation

• Create deceptive synthetic media

• Impersonate individuals

• Disseminate knowingly false information

Security Abuse

• Develop malware

• Conduct cyberattacks

• Exploit vulnerabilities

• Engage in unauthorized penetration activities

Privacy Violations

• Collect personal data unlawfully

• Conduct unauthorized surveillance

• Re-identify anonymized individuals

Model Abuse

• Circumvent safeguards

• Attempt unauthorized extraction of models or datasets

• Reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access.

Participants should:

The following are prohibited:

• Threats or intimidation

• Hate speech

• Discrimination

• Bullying

• Personal attacks

• Doxxing

• Spam or promotional abuse

• Intellectual property infringement

Enforcement

QII may take actions including:

• Warnings

• Content removal

• Event expulsion

• Membership suspension

• Permanent bans

• Reporting to authorities where applicable
